J & J G Low Art Tile Mary Had a Little Lamb

This tile by the J & J G Low Art Tile Works (1887-1902) of Chelsea MA depicts a girl in a wide brimmed hat seated on the ground and feeding a lamb some flowers. It measures 4 3/4" tall, 6" wide and 3/8" thick. The back has the impressed marked for the factory and the copyright date of 1883. The condition is good. There is some wear and scratching near the bottom and a few nicks around the edges.
I come across some tile designs often and there are ones like this that are rare. I have only owned this design once before, about 25 years ago. It's a charming representation of the nursery rhyme Mary Had a Little Lamb.
