German Secessionist Tile of a Pine cone and Needles
This stylized design of a pine cone and needless is on a Secessionist era tile by the Meibner Ofen und Porzellanfabrik vormals Carl Teichert Meiben Company (M.O. & P.F). It dates to about 1905 and measures 5 3/4" square and 3/8" thick. The tile is in good reclaimed condition but has nicks mostly along the raised portions of the lines of the pine needles. Marked on the back. A pretty and desirable Art Nouveau tile.
