Covered trinket box, bowl, or candy dish in the form of a bird with complex glazing of blue and green. Measures 6 " tall, 9" long and 4 3/4" wide. It has an applied metal crest for the Kingdom of Saxony "Providentiae Memor" providence in mind. Small kiln trash flake on inner rim of lid. Impressed ITALY and retains original Rosenthal Netter label. Really pretty example.
