Claycraft Ventilator Grille Tile Yin and Yang

Claycraft Tile of Los Angeles California (1921-1939) made this ventilator grille tile with a yin and yang design in a sandy brown wash with blue highlights. It measures 6" square and 3/4" thick. This tile has an impressed mark on the back.

These ventilator tiles were used to cover the opening of heating registers but look just as nice hung on a wall allowing the paint color to show through the openings or install as a normal tile to give character to your design.
