Rare Grueby geometric molded tile in cruciform pattern with curdled matte brown and glossy white glazes. Measures 8" square and 1" thick. Designed to be used on the floor, the bold pattern is visible from far away. Made from a red faience clay and unmarked. Small chip at 2 corners.
