A nice West German Art Pottery vase by Scheurich in the Alaska decor 268-23. It is glazed in a smooth beige progressing down to a rough textured brown at the base. The interior is glazed in a glossy brown. It measures 9 1/4" tall and about 4 1/2" diameter. The base is marked "268-23 W. GERMANY" and remains in factory fresh condition with a small flaw near the mold seam.
